Sky Island - Medium Roast

Introducing Sky Island, our medium roast coffee made from 100% organic Arabica coffee beans. This coffee is sourced from the mountains of Doi Pu Muen, grown at an elevation of 1,250 MASL above sea level in Chiang Mai, and harvested by the local Lahu hill tribe.

Our coffee is grown in a forest-friendly environment, ensuring that the natural habitat of the region is preserved while also providing a high-quality product. The beans are carefully handpicked and roasted in small batches, resulting in a smooth and balanced medium roast.
