Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. In the event of any delays, we will notify you via email.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.

  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Please note that additional charges may apply for international shipments.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns on unopened bags of Wild Run Coffee within 48 hours of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the bag must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customerservice@wildruncoffee.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

  5. Exceptions: Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee or items damaged due to improper storage or handling. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you.
