About

Our Origin

We chose to work with coffee farmers in Chiang Mai, a city located in northern Thailand, because it's our hometown. We take pride in working closely with the locals of this important agricultural region. The area is known for producing high-quality coffee beans, which are gaining recognition worldwide due to their unique taste and aroma. The mountainous terrain and cool climate of Chiang Mai provide the ideal conditions for coffee cultivation, and local farmers are committed to sustainable and ethical farming practices. Through our direct sourcing of beans from these farms, we aim to share the pride and joy of our hometown with coffee lovers around the globe.

 

Sourcing

We maintain a close relationship with the farmers through frequent visits and formed close partnerships with a select few sustainable coffee farms. Our family members in Chiang Mai work directly with the farmers, allowing us to build strong and informed relationships. They provide us with firsthand information on things like crop yields, when the first harvest is happening, and the latest farming trends.

 

Roasting

Every batch of coffee beans undergoes a meticulous hand-selection process upon arrival. We hand select each bean to guarantee only the finest beans make it to the roasting stage. Our in-house roasting facilities are equipped to handle small batches of 1 kilo at a time. We carefully monitor and control each roast for consistent quality. This results in each bean being perfectly roasted, rich and flavorful. We then package and hand deliver each bag of coffee beans to be shipped.
